7.1 Star Energy Rating
Prima Pearl achieves an average development star rating of 7.1 stars. This energy rating indicates that the development achieves a very high level of building envelope efficiency and significantly exceeds the energy rating standard required by the Building Code of Australia (Victoria) 2006.
Record Breaking Build
Construction partners for the project are Brookfield Multiplex, who will have delivered the project within a three year time frame. At a rate of 4 to 5 days per floor this was one of the fastest builds in Australia for a tower of this size. In total 41,700 cubic metres of concrete and 3,642 tonnes of steel were required for the build.
New Heights in Luxury Living
At 256m tall, Prima Pearl is the second tallest residential tower in Melbourne and the fourth tallest building overall. It comprises one level of lobbies, 10 levels of car parking podium for 577 cars, two levels of amenities, 57 levels of residential apartments and two levels of building services.

Prima Pearl reached practical completion on the 6th of March 2015, 2060 days after the first design for the tower was sketched.
